The article examines the main directions of the interaction between the European Union and Russia. In the chronological order the article analyzes the tasks of each of them, main events, where UE and RF took part. The article briefly lists the main documents and agreements of the European Union, which were signed by Russian Federation Memorandum on an Early Warning Mechanism. In order to conclude, the author makes resume about the character of interaction of the European Union and Russia.
