Each of regions of such large subject as Russia, united in federal districts, has the strongly pronounced distinctive features. They form the local fuel and energy markets, and then, the Russian market as a whole. Though Russia is an exporter of power resources, some fuel balances of Russia’s regions are deficit, some of them are on the finishing stage of extraction. In these conditions, and also taking into account progressive world tendencies in the field of the power, directed on ecological compatibility and power efficiency increasing, value of renewed energy sources for economic and power safety maintenance can increase.
