System of financing of agrarian sector of the EU countries and the USA

For years of an agrarian reform and «the free market» in Russia is rather considerable stratification of agricultural commodity producers. Prevailed concentration of the capital: large businessmen exclusively have carried out high investments into the most profitable branch agriculture, have taken hold of the best nature-economic territories. At the same time the majority agricultural enterprises and agricultural population lives in misery. Repeated reduction of industrial potential of agriculture is fixed. In these conditions rather actual studying of positive experience of financing of agrarian sector of the countries of EEC and the USA is represented. In the given work on an example of some the EU countries and the USA are resulted features of crediting rural farm. It is noticed that at national level in the EU countries and the USA there is no uniform bank policy in the relation of agriculture. Experience of financial maintenance of agricultural manufacture of France at the expense of loans for arrangement and economy modernization, the USA at the expense of creation of system of the farmer credit and other countries reveals.
