The article is devoted to the harmonization of policies of modernization of the Russian Federation and the Commonwealth of Independent States. To accomplish this task it is expedient to identify priority areas of cooperation between partner countries and to plan joint innovation projects. Expedient at this active use of public-private partnerships, as well as create a system of cross-cutting plan the implementation of large joint innovation projects.
