Identification and characteristic of labor of civil servants of taxation authorities in the present conditions

Taxation system is one of the important systems of the state. It is vital for the existence and functioning of the state. The important role in improving of the working process of tax authorities plays stimulation and encouragement of work of civil servants working in taxation authorities. The stimulation and encouragement of work allows to organize a regular working process of any government structure, to attract personnel with high qualification and even to prevent the corruption. In the presented article the author makes identification and characteristics of labor of civil servants of the taxation authorities in the present period. In the article the functions and tasks of the labor, its forms, characteristics and results.
