Smart Grid in electricity industry: problems of management and security

The article deals with the problems of development and security «of intellectual [smart] networks» (smart grid) in the electricity industry. It had been concluded that the development of intelligent networks in the electricity industry and other sectors of Russian economy is growing, with their integral function creates a tool for managing the country's economy to a qualitatively higher level than it was in the USSR and is now in Russia.
