Role financially-credit relations in the agro food policy of the country

Agriculture financing should be equivalent to its contribution to creation of gross national product of the country. The analysis shows that one rouble "saved" on support of village, can turn back loss of several roubles in a profitable part of the budget. One workplace on village allows to provide employment of 5-6 persons in other spheres of economy. Necessity of a particular treatment of crediting for agriculture is caused by its low profitableness and the raised risk. On the invested capital in agriculture it is necessary the smaller income, therefore agriculture can't be the mass consumer of credits. In work the series of measures on financial to improvement agricultural manufacturers the Russian Federation and including RD is opened, the analysis motion money resources in agrarian economy of Russia for 2000-2007 is carried out and the conclusion about in the big stimulation attraction in agrarian sector credit and investment resources in comparison with direct financing and agricultural manufacture state support is drawn. On an example of the Samara region the perspective project of application of the commodity credit in farm is considered. The credit policy of Open Society "Rosselkhozbank" within the limits of realization of the Government program of development of agriculture on 2008 - is analyzed 2012.
