In article theoretical aspects of power savings as bases of a sustainable development of economy of Russia, providing stable economic growth of the country on long-term prospect are considered. Increase of power efficiency of national economy is planned to carry out by reorientation of an economic complex to innovative technologies with the maximum use of renewed and secondary kinds of energy and other production wastes.
