Conceptual aspects of warning bankruptcy of physical person

In the article is represented the concept of warning bankruptcy of the physical persons as the complex of measures, which covers the lawful regulation of relations with the participation of physical person-debtors and their creditors for the purpose of averting situations, as a result of which appear such negative consequences, as reduction in the solvency of debtors to the level, than lower established by legislation.
