The economical aspects of secure infrastructural life sustenance in Stavropol region

The existing problems of housing and communal services, being the source of social conflicts, unquestionably influence the economical security of the region. Thus, the main aim of the given article is to attempt to find a way to renew the housing resources, ensure the sufficient level of repairs, and increase the effectiveness of the usage of housing resources.
      In this article the authors deal with the development of measures aimed at strengthening the economical security of infrastructural life sustenance in Stavropol region. The authors propose the construction of toll highways and the introduction of alternative means of transportation in the cities of the region according to the peculiarities of terrain.
