The basic directions of the agrarian policy as important element of system of state regulation of agrarian and industrial complex

Important element of system of state regulation of agrarian and industrial complex of Russia is carrying out of the effective agrarian policy directed on maintenance of the general level of profitableness in branch through rendering of the state support to village and stimulation of solvent demand; antimonopoly regulation of proportions intra- and an interbranch exchange, increase of competitive potential of branch; assistance to development of a market infrastructure; village maintenance with accessible credits and other measures. Realization of such policy is impossible without understanding of an essence of an agrarian policy, as economic category. In work the conceptual, categorial device of an agrarian policy is opened, various treatments of the given concept are resulted, author's definition of "agrarian policy" is formulated, and also the basic directions and the agrarian policy purposes are shined. The attention to questions of perfection of regulatory legal acts, the governmental orders of the Russian Federations directed on rendering of effective state support to agricultural commodity producers is paid.
