Increase of competitiveness of the industry of Russia is one of the major strategic problems in the conditions of national economy modernization. Development of innovative activity of the industrial enterprises is expedient for carrying out in the conditions of formation innovative кластеров in regions. It will allow to create stimulus for increase of innovative activity of the enterprises in the course of their integration interaction within the limits of realization of innovative projects.
