In article the short characteristic of subjects of the market of the electric power is offered. Races-smotreny of feature and a pricing problem in the market of the electric power, a way of achievement of the coordination of economic interests of subjects of the market of the electric power, conditions of preservation of balance of interests are proved. The author proves a conclusion that one of the purposes of restructuring elektroenergetic is competition development in branch. It is possible only at low concentration in the wholesale markets of the electric power.
