Corruption is one of the principal threats to national security of Russia and one of the risk factors in economics. In recent years, volume of money spent on public health service has been increasing. Problem of corruption in public health service became even more pressing lately. This article analyzes definitions of corruption in public health, defines forms of corruption, gives analytic overview of corruption cases, and suggests approaches how to measure its level.
