Modern approaches to risks classification of real estate in municipalities

In existing conditions of the actable economic situation, the limited information on a status of a microhabitat, there are the factors, capable to weaken economic sustainability of the organization. In these conditions it is important to study specificity of risks their revealing and an estimation. In the article various approaches to identification of risks are considered. Using the matrix approach to a grouping of risks and methods of taxonomy, the classification directed on more exact identification of risks arising at repair and construction of housing is presented.
     The conclusion is drawn that the received classification aimed on the maximal neutralization of possible risks in municipalities, allows to expand the existing approaches and has an opportunity to carry out more exact identification of risks and their determination in system.
