In article the problem of a modern policy of the state in sphere of information technology and mass communications rises. It is noticed that on the agenda today there is a change of conceptual approaches to questions of the organization of information processes in government sphere. The conclusion that creation of new mechanisms, first of all legal, in the organization and coordination of activity of federal enforcement authorities in uniform information field is necessary becomes.
