Criterion of quality of the life of the population of region and the Russian federation during the economic crisis

In article definitions of level and quality of life of the population are given. Indicators of the given categories across the Russian Federation as a whole, and including the Kursk region are analyzed. Tendencies of changes of the basic indicators characterizing quality of life of the population are revealed. Influence of crisis on population standard of living is estimated. The actions undertaken by state structures to struggle against crisis are listed, to improvement of quality of a life and maintenance of social protection of the population.
