Strategic directions of maintenance of alternative sphere of employment in rural territories

In Russia at the present stage of social and economic transformations economic activities conditions in countryside which have essentially aggravated a problem of employment and population incomes have changed. The salary of workers of agriculture continues to remain the lowest among other branches of economy. Change of qualitative characteristics of life of agricultural population negatively influences reproduction of a manpower, as basic basis of stable social and economic development of rural territories. The steady life-support system of the population of the rural territories, based on alternative employment, is not only a defining condition of food safety of the country and the base of competitiveness of agriculture, but during too time, creates base for reproduction of a manpower, defining both their quantitative, and qualitative structure.
