Priorities of the cooperation among the Council of Europe, European Union and Russian Federation in the sphere of human rights and their financing

The author has examined the main directions of the cooperation among the EU, Council of Europe and the Russian Federation, has briefly mentioned the main legislative documents and agreements and compared the volumes of financing for separate programs and instruments, determined the priority financed projects. In order to conclude, the author presents the analysis of the characteristics and main particularities of the cooperation among EU, Council of Europe and the Russian Federation in the sphere of the human rights protection.
