Importance of studying of strategy o hostile merges and the absorption which threat amplifies in economic instability is proved. the essence of strategy of hostile absorption reveals, the most widespread in world practice and those from them which are widely applied in Russia are allocated. the basic attention is given to specificity of hostile captures of the companies in russia, and also to possible protective actions.
