Some questions of legalization of enterprise activity

Questions of legalization of enterprise activity are considered from the very beginning of transformation of economic relations in Russia. The constitution of the Russian Federation has proclaimed freedom of realization of enterprise activity the Russian citizens. Thus the state has reserved possibility of use of state regulation for development of a uniform state policy, an establishment of a procedure of control and supervision in this area. Today legalization of enterprise activity is carried out by the state registration of individual businessmen and legal bodies. And despite that the state regularly improves procedures of acknowledgement of legality of occurrence of citizens in enterprise activity to name their simple and accessible to everyone while it is impossible.
