The present article contains an analysis of the nature of cluster form of integration. Specific features of clusters in pharmaceutical industry are demonstrated. A new type of outsourcing - doubling outsourcing - is described. Measures necessary to develop innovative pharmaceutical clusters in Russia are described. A method of evaluation of effectiveness of cluster integration is proposed.
