In the conditions of world financial crisis the problem of economic safety of the aviation enterprise is rather actual. Influence of various external and internal risks on enterprise activity, program structure on minimization of risks, methods of decrease in risks and enterprise losses is considered in the work. As a result of the done work, the control system of risks is offered taking with account specificity of activity of the enterprise.
