In article the human community labour system as system special energy streams which are generated by people during labor activity and in the set form a social-economic system-genetic development basis is considered. The given methodological approach is applied in a context of natural-science sights of S.A.Podolinskiy on essence and development of labour system. The labour system is investigated on the basis of the system approach, as the stream energy converter that puts a basis of social-economic synthesis. On the basis of a sight at social-economic system as on the stream energy converter, the author develops idea that the idea should be put in a basis of modernization of a society about the complex, structured development of system of work.
