The author has examined the main directions of the economic development and the stock market of the UAE/ Also the author has presented the statistics and the main indicators of the economy of this country, including the oil prices dynamics analysis. Also the author gives the analysis of the possible directions of the cooperation of the UAE with other countries, including Russia, determines the main possible directions of such cooperation. In order to conclude, the author makes conclusion about the character of the development of the UAE.
