The article deals with securitization relations based on domestic economic realities. The attention is fixed on prerequisites of origin, history of formation and development of securitization relations as innovative relations in the domestic economics including problems of adaptation of domestic economic entities to changed conditions of securitization relations performance at the local market in the light of recent crisis events at international markets.
