Conditions and theoretical-legal aspects of counteraction to radicalism of the society and a religious-extremist vector of progress of subjects of the Russian Federation

Are considered the reasons for growth of quantity of extremist displays and crimes because of national and religious extremism in Russia. Signs and methods of actions of criminal extremist groupings are analyzed. Availability of an ideological platform at the majority extremist and terrorist cells, as well as mercenary aspects in activity of the extremists, directed on assignment public and the government shows.
      The conclusion about availability in Russia of signs of external intervention of the international religious and terrorist organizations in kindling interethnic conflicts in territory of the Russian Federation is done and the indispensability of legislative restriction of activity proves in Russia of branches and representations international
      The extremist and religious organizations and their representatives. The complex of actions on improvement of work of law enforcement bodies, bodies of the government and local self-management for counteraction is offered to extremism and terrorism including, in conditions of growth of extremist displays in large cities. Including a number of measures on perfection of the mechanism of the responsibility of officials for criminogenny a situation in regions and municipal formations is offered.
