To the question on stimulation of cooperation communications in the information society

For the last few years many countries of the world carry out consecutive both steady formation and development of an information society. Modern Russia also show consecutive advancement on the way to an information society. In article the basic aspects of formation of an information society in Russia are considered, the estimation of modern level of information of national economy is spent, the mechanism of development of cooperation communications by means of interactive information system of interaction is offered.
