We investigate the problem of economic security in the period of the NEP in the concession area of CCRR in China. The experience of the Far Eastern office of Public Service to issue certificates of credit, "Credit Bureau". The information contained in the certificate of credit, made it possible to optimally build their tactics in business activity. Appropriate services, and today it is expedient to use the methods of service, «Credit Bureau».
