The author has examined the main directions of the functioning of the sovereign wealth fund Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), including its historical backgropund, investments, managing structure, etc. Also it is determined the place and role of this fund among the other souvereign wealth funds of the world. Also the author has presented the statistics and makes the analysis of the main indicators of the fund. In order to conclude, the author makes conclusion about the character of the development of the sovereign wealth fund Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).
