In article modern aspects of development of the organizational-economic mechanism of management are presented by a sustainable development of the city agglomeration perfection of existing process of regulation of regional development by means of integration in it of conceptual principles of a sustainable development should become which main objective. The author develops criteria and indicators of stability of development of city agglomeration, interrelation with each other and entered in political decision-making process at all levels.
