The article deals with the problems of forming the convergent areas of globally interconnected and synchronized intelligent management of the spaces in the Russian economy. Concluded on the need for control mechanisms in heterogeneous geo-spaces with highly targeted to the realization available to Russia of actual and potential organizational and management structure benefits the national economy and government.
