Government regulation and methods for providing economic security-building repair and housing municipal market service «Credit-Bureau» during the new economic policy

We consider the service «Credit Bureau» in the period of the NEP as a mechanism for economic security. Analyzes specific methods (including undercover operative) on anti-corruption, fraud, deception and theft of valuables. Concludes that the practice of service, «Credit Bureau» should be used in a modernized form of modern authorities and special security arrangements in the construction industry and housing and communal services in Russia.
