A state administration of the centers of technological transfer: a region aspect (for a Stavropol region example)

A complex infrastructure of promotion intellectual activity to a regional markets is necessary for a successful financing of innovative production and acceleration its implementation throughout the country. A cooperation process of science and production for innovation development consists from forming an integrative organization structures which can produce a ready-made innovative product. A center of technology transfer (CTT) is one of this configuration. It`s intended an innovative infrastructure under common technological and financial direction. A definition of CTT is presented in this article and its functions are identified too. A basic innovative and investment projects are considered in these parts on a Stavropol Region example. They confirm an incremental character of state participation in administration of Russian CTT.
