Studies in economics essence and content of entrepreneurship suggest the ambiguity and diversity of its interpretations. Ambiguity is considered the classic definitions of the category "entrepreneur" increase motivation for theoretical and practical study of its essence and content as an important economic problem. Entrepreneurship - a fundamentally new type of management, based on the innovative behavior of the owners of the company, the ability to locate and use ideas, translate them into concrete business projects, and, as a rule, it is risky business. Entrepreneurship is primarily due to the efficient use of production factors for economic growth and needs. Adaptation of entrepreneurial ideas to the existing socio-economic environment, allows an entrepreneur to find the most effective ways to achieve this goal. Any business activity includes the process of reproduction of previously untapped resources. That shows the innovative nature of the business. Under the external business environment means the totality of the conditions and factors affecting the development of business and financial condition, operating independently of the will of entrepreneurs and changing, for direct receipt of business income must constantly evaluate their impact on the use of other scarce resources. There fore, the entrepreneur can not lose its status as an innovator when, as believed by J. Schumpeter, "takes his business back on track routine process." New combinations of production factors lead to the appearance of progressive innovations and are reflected in the high technology and competitive production, which is one of the most important results of innovation. Innovative activity is associated with the involvement of different resources. In an integrated system of innovation also includes such components as science, technology, education, economy. Environmental factors influencing the development of business and financial condition are closely linked and constitute a single business environment in which it operates. This is - irrespective-feedback and change any factor inevitably leads to a change in the status of others, and changes the quality of the whole system. The presence of a favorable external environment is an essential factor in the innovation business.
