In article it is shown, that work out of the administrative decision is a complex process in which a main role are play knowledge. Thus correctness of accepted decisions in any sphere of human activity (industrial production, an agricultural production, scientific sphere, in the field of policy and other fields of activity) is defined by a degree of conformity of knowledge of an essence of corresponding categories.
