In the follow-up article the questions of legislative registartion and fastening on the three authorities levels (federal, regional, local) are highlighted. Moreover, the evolution of regional lawmaking is described, it is presented in legal documents. We stated some excerpts from these very documents to prove the importance of the problem of the regional economic legal regulation in our country.
