Transformation of forest management system from the viewpoint of crisis

The analysis of existing system of forest sector management vitality under conditions of nature cataclysm and economic crisis has been made. Minimization risks and threats of such crucial situation appearance in the future requires radical transformation of institutional infrastructure, economic and organization mechanism of forest management as well. Social, economical and ecological consequences of the world economic crisis were aggravated by forest fires, which took place in summer 2010.
