Financing of the joint programmes of EU, Council of Europe and Russian Federation

The author has examined the main joint programmes of EU, Council of Europe and the Russian Federation, has determined the financing resources of those programmes and found the main and priority financed projects. Also the author refers to the agreements and contracts among EU, Council of Europe and the Russian Federation, which were in the basis of the joint programmes. In order to conclude, the author presents the analysis of the caracteristics of the cooperation among EU, Council of Europe and the Russian Federation.
