Influence of world financial crisis on income`s formation of rent of the Moscow real estate

The article examines the main consequences of influence of the global financial crisis on the rental market state property, is analyzed undertaken by the Moscow Government complex of measures aimed at combating the effects of the crisis.
     The article considered the possibility of using rent city property not only as a tool for generating income, but also as a socio-economic regulator in the specific economic conditions. At the end it is offered the complex of measures to regulate rental relations after financial crisis.
