The article covers topical problems of State/Entrepreneurship relations as basics of social and economic stability. State interference into economy is an objective necessity as factor of economic crisis 2008 recover but it contradicts with commercial secret owners’ interests of keeping their special business data confidential. The economic model of striking the balance between state and entrepreneurs is developed.
