Definition of perspective lines of machine -building complex development on Krasnoyarsk territory based on Foresight instruments

Machine building is the most important status component of Russia that is considered as a world-wide power State. It’s the machine building that shall provide the scientific-technical progress and fundamental economic reconstruction of the whole country on the innovative basis. That’s why the management of machine building complex is one of the most actual problems of up-to-date economy of Russia. This article considers the possibility of using foresight instruments in selection of promising lines of Krasnoyarsk Territory machine-building complex development. The research algorithm is provided. The Objective tree of the machine-building complex development is built. The world trends of machine building development are considered, as well as the current state and problems of machine building in Russia. SWOT analysis of Krasnoyarsk Territory machine-building complex is carried out. Variants of development under alternative scenarios are described and promising lines of Krasnoyarsk Territory machine-building complex development are defined.
