In article the basic problems of functioning of the ship-building enterprises are considered. Quality of available resources of modernization is investigated, key factors of increase of efficiency of activity of the enterprises are defined. Possibilities are investigated and ways of strategic development of a ship-building complex of the Far East are offered.
