Considered equity in historical context. Viewed dialectical contradiction of various points of view on the concept of justice. Describes approaches for the development of policies for the allocation of natural resources. The purpose of article - search arguments for ontological approaches to social justice in the modern Russian society. Used in preparing the article abstract, deductive, intuitive and sociological methods based on theoretical and empirical material in various literature and their own observations.
