In October 2010, in Vienna, held the fifth session of the Conference of Parties to the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime. The session was attended and a Russian interagency delegation headed by State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, major general of militia, S.P. Bulavin. In an interview with a correspondent of the Information Agency «Interfax» Sergei Bulavin told to work together at the conference and the agreements reached.
