Analyzed anti-crisis policy of Russia and Mongolia. It is a concluded that to overcome the effects of financial crisis, strategy and policies of these countries should be aimed primarily at ensuring the structural modernization of the economy, its diversification with a priority of long-term credit-eas. It is also important in supporting high-tech industries, the formation of a developed credit market for small and medium business, increased investment in the production.
