Legislative distortion of the property relations and participation in the structure of economic comradeships and societies

In the article the essence of legal person as the lawful form of production relations and its place in its own relations is revealed. The role of human capital in the productive forces is determined. The authors substantiate the conclusion that as a result of the legislative distortions they are excluded from the production attitudes of those, who directly participate by their human capital in the production process of commercial legal person. In these relations are included those (physical and are juridical persons), who do not have to the carrying out of straight relation, but they only finance it, after transmitting their property capital into the temporary use and order of legal person, actually the hired workers, who do not officially acknowledge by its participants.
