Labour amortization as archetypical antientropic process: excess or necessity?

It is displayed that the natural process of labour amortization in modern Russia is artificially depressed by external blocking system consisting of the USA, EU, Japan, and China by means of internal blocking system consisting of importers and exporters and attending banks. Namely these systems pursuing their own interests block all attempts of the State power to move the Country onto an innovative way of modernization development.
