Transition to market economy and dynamic participation of the Republic of Belarus in economic globalization promotes strengthening the role of regions in integration problem-solving. The operational analysis of region foreign economic activities provides the basis for effective running the development vector of national foreign economic relations that stimulate integration into the world economic system. The paper describes research methodology of region foreign economic relations that help to choose international cooperation strategy of the Republic of Belarus.
