Scientific polemic about necessity of working out of the new approach to social and economic problems and formations of the new methodology which distinct from is accepted in “mainstream”, one year is conducted among economists not. The modern theory of economics began to experience considerable difficulties in a theoretical substantiation and working out of ways of overcoming of the negative phenomenons of modern market system on the basis of use of traditional macroeconomic regulators. Transitionto the classical economic theory “ Political economy” there is difficult, but inevitable process, as the decision of this problem is equitable to national interests of modern Russia.
